How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs for physical sticker orders are as follows:
- Canada = $2
- International = $5
FREE SHIPPING: will automatically be added at checkout if you meet the minimum requirement (please check the floating header at the top for exact requirements)
Will I have to pay any import or customs duties/taxes/charges?
International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what your additional costs will be prior to buying.
When will my order ship?
Current processing times are set to approximately 3-5 business days, meaning your order will ship out 3-5 business days after it's placed. You will receive a shipping notification email when it ships!
How long will it take for my order to arrive after it ships?
The mail is currently experiencing delays and inconsistencies, so shipping times vary! Once your order has shipped:
- Domestic Canadian orders should arrive in 1-3 weeks after shipment.
- International orders should arrive in 2-8 weeks after shipment. There have been more delays recently, so please be patient and give your order 8 weeks to arrive.
Is there a tracking number for my order?
No. To keep shipping costs low, all stickers ship out as standard letters! This means there is no tracking number!
My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
If you live in Canada, please give orders a full 3 weeks to arrive after they ship! If you're outside Canada, please give orders 8 weeks. If it still hasn't arrived, please contact me and I will send out a free replacement.
Do you do custom orders or themes?
If you see something on the website already but want it in a different colour or lettering style send me a message and we can chat! Please note that custom order prices can vary.
